1. Data Entry
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database and update databases or records with new information as it becomes available.
2. Email and Phone Management
Answering calls, emails, and chat inquiries real time with existing and new clients by handling inquiries and maximizing customer satisfaction.
3. Calendar Management
Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
4. Drafting Documents and Presentations.
Preparation of presentations and reports for the CEO.
5. Booking Travel Arrangements
Arranging travel itineraries including visas, booking of travel and accommodation.
6. Account Management
Ad hoc tasks/projects as is relates to the executives (holiday greeting cards, thank you letters/greetings, sending day one letters to clients, ordering of business cards etc.)
